Each session is intentionally designed to reflect the season you’re in, whether that’s becoming, rebuilding, or stepping into visibility.
2. When should I schedule my maternity photo shoot?
We recommend scheduling your maternity shoot between 28 to 36 weeks into your pregnancy. This time frame allows for a beautiful and comfortably rounded belly while reducing the risk of last-minute scheduling conflicts
3. Do you provide wardrobe for any of your sessions?
Select maternity packages include access to curated fabric looks in a limited color palette. These pieces are designed for timeless, editorial-style imagery and are especially popular for maternity and artistic portrait sessions.
Clients are otherwise responsible for providing their own wardrobe, including caps and gowns for graduate sessions.
4. Are prints included with the session?
All sessions include high-resolution digital images delivered via a private online gallery.
Prints are not included but may be purchased separately. You are also welcome to print your images wherever you choose
5. What items should I bring to my session?
To ensure you look your best, consider bringing items such as:
- Lotion or moisturizer to keep your skin hydrated
- Combs or brushes for hair touch-ups
- Makeup and cosmetics for any desired touch-ups
6. Can I bring props or specific clothing for my session?
Yes, with intention.
Balloons and confetti are not permitted in the studio. If you’d like to incorporate props or themed elements, please inquire before booking so we can ensure alignment with your session’s vision. Personal wardrobe pieces are always welcome, especially if they hold meaning or reflect your brand.
7. Is there a cancellation, late or rescheduling policy?
Once your retainer is paid, your date and time are reserved exclusively for you.

Cancellations, no-shows, or arrivals more than 15 minutes late result in forfeiture of the retainer.

One reschedule is permitted with 48 hours notice and must occur within 30 days.

Additional reschedules require a new retainer.
This policy allows us to honor the time and care dedicated to each client.
8. May I bring additional guests to the session?
You may bring one guest unless additional participants are included in your session. No additional guests are permitted.
If you have special circumstances, please let us know in advance so we can accommodate you.
9. Can I schedule a consultation before booking a session?
Absolutely. We encourage consultations for all branding, maternity, and content-focused sessions. This allows us to understand your vision, goals, and the season you’re in so your session feels aligned and effortless.
10. How long does it take to receive the selected images?
You can expect to receive your selection of, professionally retouched images within 2 weeks. Please schedule accordingly if you need photos back by a certain date. Rush services are available for a fee of $100.
